Jobs Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service enquiries and concerns received through telephone service center via inbound calls
  • Required to have sound product and process knowledge of products and services
  • Understand, review, investigate, coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries over the phone and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide feedback to further enhance existing processes to improve the customer experience. 

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. 1-2 years of call centre/telesales experience for junior position
  • Min. 3-4 years of cal centre/telesales experience for senior position
  • Certified with BCP and PGI will be preferred
