As our Performance & Growth Marketing Lead Strategist (E-Commerce), you will play a huge role in building and growing Marvable’s DTC brands both in local and overseas markets.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership in driving sustainable growth across paid online acquisition channels such as Social Paid, SEM, Youtube, etc across various markets
  • Be accountable for acquisition efficiency metrics such as cost per order (CPO), RoAS
  • Ensure optimal activity-tracking setups to fuel marketing optimization efforts
  • Propose and execute A/B testing plans to ensure constant learning and evolvement
  • Perform deep analysis, case studies and researches to identify new performance levers
  • Work with the creative and content team to create assets that drive learning and RoAS
  • Build and maintain growth roadmap - which includes working with cross-functional teams to define actionable plans for driving growth

Requirements

  • Highly desirable: experience in DTC and e-commerce companies
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in online marketing (Social Paid, SEM, Youtube)
  • Strong knowledge in website analytics (GA) and Pixel/GTM tracking setups
  • Experienced in creative strategy planning and testing (strong written and communications skills is a must)
  • Good sense of visual communication, conversion optimization and UX principles
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and building an acquisition/conversion funnel
  • Strong track record in driving efficient and scalable growth via online marketing channels
