Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end to end of payroll function eg payroll processing, statutory submissions (maternity, childcare) etc
  • Ensure all claims are processed accurately
  • Process and prepare petty cash
  • Prepare submissions for CPF and Income taxes
  • Ensure accurate updates of payroll journals
  • Handle enquiries from staff
  • Prepare and generate reports

Requirements:

  • Possess strong experience in handling payroll
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act and CPF compliance
  • Experience in using payroll management system. Knowledge in using SAP is an added advantage
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Min Diploma in any discipline
