Payroll Manager $7k+ Hougang!
- Lead the payroll team in their payroll function.
- Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll computation, verifying and processing for all employees ensuring legislative compliance.
- Coordinate submission of various claims types (e.g. government paid leave schemes)
- Coordinate and submit CPF contributions.
- Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines and on time
- Collaborate with HR, Finance & Accounting and other teams to handle any payroll-related matters and enquirie
- Coordinate annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audits.
- At least a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management
- Min 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in leading a team to process payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable in Sage Easy Pay
- Familiar with Easytime or BIPO time management system
