Job Description

Payroll Executive

Responsibilities: 

Manage and ensure adherence of payroll practices with the law. 
Oversee compliance of statutory requirements & Government regulations on matters pertaining to payroll and terms and conditions of service.
Monitor timely payroll processing for all brands, and deliver relevant reports for stakeholders. 
Tracking employee work hours, ensuring employee records been updated. Ensure incentive and rewards payments are computed accurately and released in a timely manner. 
Provide monthly estimated salary amount to Finance for cashflow planning. 
Consolidate and prepare GL report every month. 
Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claims. Resolve issues escalated from internal customers in a professional, tactful with implementable solutions.
Answering and performing calculation pertaining to payroll. 
Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the Immediate Superior. 

Requirements: 

Candidate must possess at least GCE Levels or relevant professional certification or related areas. 
Candidate with 1 year of working experiences a HR generalist role or 1 year spent in payroll. 
Experience in HR function with F&B and/or retail related business coupled with operations background is a plus. 
Familiar with the Employment Act, CPF, IRAS
Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all internal & external customers of the organization. 
High integrity, people oriented and able to work well with employees across all levels of the organization. 
Possess good presentation and communicate skills in both written and verbal forms. 
Familiar with software Prosoft is a MUST. 
Experience in F&B is advantageous.
