Job Description

• Registration and scheduling of patients’ appointments
• Providing frontline customer service
• Answering patients’ enquiries
• Assisting doctors for chaperone duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum N/O Level or diploma
• Prior experience in healthcare or customer service advantageous
