
Patient Service Assistant (6 months contract, convertible)
Job Description
As a Patient Service Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
• Provide Patient-Centric Service
• Responsible for the smooth registration of patients
• Assisting with appointment booking, specialist consultation referrals
• Attending to public enquires involving payments
• Cashiering duties
• Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level/ Nitec
• Has at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service/ Front-Line
• 5.5 days work per week
• Must be a Team Player, and able to work independently
• IT Savvy, and is able to operate the computer
• Able to speak English, and has a credit in English
• Able to work in a fast pace environment, and able to work under pressure
• Only Singaporean or Singapore PR
Additional Information:
• 5.5 days week
