Patient & Clinical Service Trainer - HOSPITAL

Broad Function

• Conduct Service Training Programmes
• Support continual Service Culture building efforts & initiatives
• Conduct 3 to 4 working days of training per week
• Course materials design, preparation and refinement in remaining 1 to 2 days per week
• Support continual Service Culture building efforts & initiatives
• Conduct service culture building advance workshops and engagement sessions with ground units to continually build service culture after service trainings are completed
• Co-develop service culture communication resources
   

Job Requirements

• General degree from a recognised institution with min 5 years of experience in service training or coaching work.
• Owns Trainer/Facilitator/Coach certification (e.g. ACTA certified with strong track records in facilitating service training for diverse abilities learners) is advantageous
• Prior experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
  • Collective Leadership Facilitators
  • Training courseware design and development
• Min. 5 years of experience in Coaching/Training of service personnel with diverse abilities in a healthcare setting
• Has strong facilitation/coaching and interpersonal skills to manage learners from diverse backgrounds
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous and methodical, with good time management
• Strong problem solving and administration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Learning Tools (classroom and digital tools)
• Optimistic, confident, energetic team-player, self-motivated, and possess a good sense of adventure
