Job Description

  • Prepare bakery goods in sufficient orders.
  • Ensure proper storage of all goods.
  • Prepare requisition for all goods needed.
  • Ensure that production is done according to Hotel standards at all times
  • Check fridge and working area thoroughly to avoid spoilage
  • Has knowledge of all bakery items concerning ingredients, bakery techniques and preparation.
  • Alert in energy saving.
  • Check food items prepared by his subordinates and correct any mistakes immediately.
