Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production of chocolate truffles and chocolate bars

- Baking of chocolate desserts

- Decorate chocolate products

- Operate machinery for chocolate production

- Produce all other chocolate desserts for the stores

 

Basic Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Pastry Baking.

-Minimum of 1 year practical experience in the volume production of baked goods such as pastry, cakes and breads

- Must have WSQ Basic Food and Hygiene Course Certificate

- Knowledge in HACCP is an advantage

 

Renumerations and Benefits:

- Salary Range from SGD 1,700 to SGD 2,200
