- Prepare, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy
- Baking of chocolate desserts, cakes and cookies
- Production of chocolate bars and chocolate truffles
- Operate machinery for production of chocolates and cookies
- Produce all other chocolate products for the retail stores
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Pastry Baking.
- Minimum of 1 year practical experience in the volume production of baked goods such as pastry, cakes and breads and cookies
- Must have WSQ Basic Food and Hygiene Course Certificate
