Part-Time Teacher of Japanese [Foreign Languages Programme]
UWCSEA is seeking a Part-Time Teacher of Japanese for our Home Languages Programme (HLP) to start in January 2021.
HLP is for native speakers/mother tongue students who want to maintain a language spoken at home, gain cultural understanding of the language, as well as improve their literacy skills. The teacher must be an experienced, qualified, and native speaker of the language. The students’ ages are from 4 to 16 years old. Classes are taught in small groups of 3 to 6 students of similar ages and linguistic level and will take place after school (or at lunchtime for some younger students).
Please note that to apply for this role, you must be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or if you are a foreign applicant, you must have an internationally recognised qualification and reside in Singapore.
