Job Description

  • Location: City Hall
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: Fixed 12.30pm to 4.30pm / 5.30pm to 9.30pm
  • Salary: Up to $900/1100

Job Duties:
- Handling survey calls for government project (Script provided)
- Call log data entry

Requirement:
- Able to read in Tamil/Chinese script provided
- Comfortable speak to over the phone.
- Experience in customer service/call center
- Able to commit for long term
- Immediate starter
- Singaporean ONLY
