PA / Admin (Tampines)
You will be an fulfilling an important support function for our company/team!
Assisting to generate and compile summary list of clients’ existing insurance portfolio in preparation for sales appointments
Generating and compiling list of data relating to current revenue source (how many clients for each policies type sold)
Checking email correspondence and execute request from customers on behalf of manager(s)/director
Follow up with customer service departments on outstanding claims and submissions
Other ad hoc as necessary – include but not limited to liaising with external vendor or providers
Min A’ level or Diploma in any Discipline
Able to work independently without supervision
Prior knowledge in General Insurance or Life Insurance industry is an advantage
