Order Management Executive (1 year contract/up to S$3K)

Job Scope

• Process and manage customer orders and order changes to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Manage stocks to ensure good inventory level
• Coordinate with logistics department on shipments and delivery to the customers
• Maximize monthly billings to meet the sales target
• Process customer returns and other necessary documentation such as RMA and credit/debit notes
• Other duties as required
