Job Description

Temporary Sales Admin Support Required.
Location:
 Orchard Ion.
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (4 weekdays, 1 weekend) 10.30am to 7.30pm.
Duration: Start ASAP. Min. 3 Months. (Convertible to Perm). [Full Commitment]
Salary:
 $2300 - $2800 Per Month (Depend on experience).
 

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Handle and attend to customer service hotline, and email enquiries.
  • Plan and schedule service department appointments and schedule.
  • Coordinate logistics matters which includes ordering and costing.
  • Inventory management.
  • Maintenance and update of CRM database.
  • Administrative duties - monthly report / quotations / invoices.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requriments:-

  • SINGAPOREAN ONLY (Due to work pass quota).
  • Must be able to OT as and when required.
  • Must have experience in customer service and administrative experience.
  • Min. Nitec in any field.
  • Must be comfortable with retail working hours.
