[Orchard] Sales Admin Support / Temporary to Permanent / $2300-$2800 Per Month
Temporary Sales Admin Support Required.
Location: Orchard Ion.
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (4 weekdays, 1 weekend) 10.30am to 7.30pm.
Duration: Start ASAP. Min. 3 Months. (Convertible to Perm). [Full Commitment]
Salary: $2300 - $2800 Per Month (Depend on experience).
- Handle and attend to customer service hotline, and email enquiries.
- Plan and schedule service department appointments and schedule.
- Coordinate logistics matters which includes ordering and costing.
- Inventory management.
- Maintenance and update of CRM database.
- Administrative duties - monthly report / quotations / invoices.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- SINGAPOREAN ONLY (Due to work pass quota).
- Must be able to OT as and when required.
- Must have experience in customer service and administrative experience.
- Min. Nitec in any field.
- Must be comfortable with retail working hours.
