Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Customer support - phone/email enquires
  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Manage and maintain student records and database
  • Housekeeping of all internal office matters and administrative work
  • Assist with marketing & business development initiatives
  • Track success of marketing campaigns
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English & Chinese Language (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Meticulous, organised, with good time management skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
