Job Scopes:

• Handle entire retail operations and P&L
• Manager team of Assistant Operations Managers, Group Managers, Branch Managers and diversified workforce
• Conducting relevant training and leadership coaching to team for desirable results
• Design and implement innovative sales campaigns to drive sales
• Collect and analyse effectiveness of these activities
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales KPIs
• Design activities to drive and increase customer retention and loyalty
• Identify emerging trends of customers

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of Managerial experience in Sales & Operations for Beauty Service industry
• Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and people management ability
• Communcation and interpersonal skills
• Result oriented with proven track record
