Job Description

This position will be on a 2 years contract.

  • Enroll and prepare class attendance, forms as well as books as per the course requirement
  • Ensure that the facilities are well kept and managed
  • In charge of the deployment of laptops in the classes and ensure that no units are missing
  • Coordinate well with Planning team to ensure the room utilization is updated and that trainers are using the right room. Any changes to the room allocation shall be communicated to the Planning team.
  • Check the stock of the books and ensure that they are well managed
  • Ensure that the tea break stocks are well managed and updated
  • Inform the trainers on the rooms they will be using for the day before the training starts
  • Update participants of the confirmation of classes and ensure that all of them are notified through SMS
  • Any other duties as per assigned by the Head of the Operations Department

  • Meticulous and detailed-oriented
  • Possess excellent ability in tracking data as well as creating working templates in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to adjust to different roles in the Operations department as instructed by the Head of the Operations Department

  • Trustworthy and goal-oriented


Qualification and Requirement:

  • Minimum ‘A’ Level
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
