- Responsible for the logistic arrangements between the respective spokes and hub on a daily basis
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and 3rd party providers and customers as and when necessary with respect to repairs and quotations
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints as and when required
- Understand and review customer’s feedback to determine details of the faults with the devices within the guidelines of warranty coverage.
- Ensure that all information and details are promptly updated into the computer system.
- Ensure the Key Performance Indicators set by the management and clients are achieved
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business or Operations management or IT
- Computer hardware and software skills will be an advantage
- Able to work independently & possess good communication skills.
- Effectively bilingual, able to converse well in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.30am – 6.00pm & Sat 9.30am – 4.00pm.
