Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage spare parts order processes & warehouse operations.
  2. Manage status log of current work in progress for projects.
  3. Process & execute workshop orders.
  4. Monitor & track the engine, AC alternator & project required accessories.
  5. Process & execute the workshop orders.
  6. Update & coordinate with Unit Sales Department on the WIP requirement & meeting its deadline.
  7. Liaise & work directly with vendors, contractors & suppliers to fulfil the project requirement.
  8. Feedback to Unit Sales if there are any potential changes to costing, technical scope, delays or postponement during this process.
  9. Make recommendation for improvement and/or provide solution to rectify problems or issues faced during the WIP. 
  10. Seek Service Department advices or solution with regards to technical or design issues to ensure WIP runs efficiently as well as for future project improvements.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. ITE or Diploma holder of related engineering field
  2. Independent yet a Team Player
  3. Computer literate and good in MS Excel
