As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the operational workflow of payment solutions within the stipulated SLA based on instructions received from customers.
- Understanding the payment processes, including the understanding of workflows to supporting these services and corresponding SLA.
- Working closely with internal work units and external service providers in ensuring completion of processes and adhering to established service levels.
- Ensuring adherence to the operational processes to perform payment transaction processing
- Identifying gaps and suggesting process improvements to optimise teh process
- Providing administrative support as reporting, testing, update of procedures and projects involvement and reconciliation of the schemes/modes.
- Supporting all customer queries by performing investigations of disputes, and where applicable facilitating a refund to the affected customer.
- Working with customer, bank partners and external organisations on payment requests and processes in accordance to terms & conditions.
- You have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline and have at least 1 year of working experience in banking or payment solutions.
- You understand priorities and possess excellent time management skills
- You are analytical, detail oriented and well organised
- You have the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- You have a positive attitude and are willing to take up challenges
