Operations Executive (Facilities & Administration)
Overall provide support to ensure that operations and facilities are running smoothly.
- Liaise with vendors and operators
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist to handle planning and execution duties to end operational readiness
- Assist to manage tenders
- Assist to issue POs and procure equipment
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Provide customer support when required
- Other administrative duties as and when required
- Possess good experience in handling operational support
- Possess strong liaison and coordination skills
- Possess strong communication or interpersonal skills
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Facilities or equivalent
