Job Description

Overall provide support to ensure that operations and facilities are running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors and operators
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist to handle planning and execution duties to end operational readiness
  • Assist to manage tenders
  • Assist to issue POs and procure equipment
  • Maintain policies and procedures
  • Provide customer support when required
  • Other administrative duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Possess good experience in handling operational support
  • Possess strong liaison and coordination skills 
  • Possess strong communication or interpersonal skills
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Facilities or equivalent
