Operations Executive / Boon Lay / Salary $2500

Job Description: 

• Acquire and allocate resources to support operations
• Optimise utilisation of resources
• Oversee implementation of workflow improvements to improve efficiency
• Ensure common operations spaces are clean and clutter free; recyclables and bulky items are properly and promptly disposed of
• Facilitate retrievals and viewing of the valuable items selected for loan
• Track movements of the valuable items within the common operation spaces
• Prepare RFID tags and individually tag new acquisition of the valuable items
• Manage the supply of storage and packing materials
• Assist in routine preventive conservation checks
• Updating information onto the database system
• Perform other tasks assigned

Job Requirement: 

• Possessing a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation is a plus 
• Have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a plus 
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

Working Schedule: 

• Monday to Fridays
