Operations Executive ($3500 / Changi / Logistics / Distribution)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of daily warehouse operations.

• Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties on operational matters.

• Manpower deployment and scheduling.

• Conduct routine checks, submission of reports and documents on time.

• Provide training for warehouse/logistics assistants.

• Enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety and 5S and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. 1-3 years supervisory experience in Warehouse operations. 

• Experienced in Warehouse Management Systems will be an added advantage.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Singaporean Only
