Job Description

JOB BRIEF: As an Events Cum General Admin Executive (part of the backend team), you are to work with many leaders to provide support in operations, organising events and is familiar in the financial industry. You are to ensure our company operations and events planned will run smoothly while handing all miscellaneous administrative work. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing the overall company’s operations, events and administrative work
  • Working closely and assisting leaders
  • Handing Company’s Operations & Events
  • Planning Corporate Events like Awards Night, Seminars and more (compliance to Covid-19 measures)*
  • Ideation, logistics, execution and admin are all part of work
  • Act as a main point of contact to liaise and contacting vendors
  • Keying events into Google Calendar to share with all staffs
  • Tracking of sales, production and necessary information
  • Attending meeting and writing minutes
  • Manage office supply and printer, emailing and phone
  • Scheduling of Daily Office Name Attendance (Covid-19 measures)*

Requirements:

  • Minimum Local Diploma (Operations / Events / Administrative will be a plus)
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Background knowledge in Financial industry will be a bonus
  • Ability to communicate and liaise well with Directors, Managers and staffs
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Confident individual with professional demeanour
  • Familiar with Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Excel and Microsoft, Canva
  • Extremely meticulous

 

What You Can Expect: 

  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9.30AM to 6PM
  • Basic Salary of $2k-$3k
