Operations Admin Assistant (Penjuru)
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Offering Customer Service to Clients via Phone Calls and Email.
2. Develop expertise in responding to enquiries from clients and well-versed on company’s offerings.
3. Assist to advise simple technical queries over the phone.
4. Help schedule technicians to attend to client servicing queries via field management software.
5. Assist to fulfil E-Commerce Orders
6. Assist Manager to generate paperwork - Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note etc.
7. Administrative work and general duties
8. Input DO / INV Data into management software
9. Assist Sales with deployment arrangement
- Proficient in MS Office and Calendar.
- At least 2 years experience in the customer service.
- Fluent in written and oral communication abilities in English and Mandarin
- Meticulous, detailed and orientated
- Good interpersonal skills and approachable demeanour
- Responsive and attentive in interaction with customers
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Experience in using an accounting software a plus
Work Hours & Location
Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6pm
Location: Penjuru Place (West side - Near Pandan Reservoir)
