Operation Admin Assistant (Healthcare)
- Preparation of shipping documents, arrangement of courier pick-up etc.
- Handling business travel arrangement
- Handling phone calls, attending to guests
- Checking of all invoices and updating them in spreadsheets
- Responsible for all contract renewals, such as renewal for facility management, various newspaper and magazine subscriptions etc.
- Issue and follow up Purchase Order
- Handle PO/DO and Invoices
- Monitor the Purchasing / Sales Order processing activities
- Update inventory levels in the service department
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor shipping and delivery schedules
- Documentations and updating of system
- Min GCE O / A Level / Diploma holder in any discipline
- Systematic and organized
- Good interpersonal skills
- No working experiences needed as on the job training will be provided
