Onsite IT Support Engineer

Our IT client is looking for Technical Support/Desktop (Onsite) candidates to perform the following duties:

• Provide technical service & troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and tablets
• Utilize experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc
• Support end users for their daily PC usage problem

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology and above
• 2 years relevant experience in IT technical onsite support
• Understanding of desktop, laptop and printer and networking
• Will be exposure to handle some server administration matters
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Freshers with relevant IT Certifications are welcome to Apply
