Online customer service officer

Job Description

• Head of the strategy thinking of customers' loyalty and analyzing customers' profile
• Reply enquiries on all H2 Hub and 3rd party platforms
• Guide and advise potential customers with the aim of converting to purchase
• Handling of incoming requests/enquiries from customers through phone, email and online chat support professionally.
• Liaise with the delivery team to address customer requests and concerns with regards to delivery.
• Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or servicing; following up to ensure resolution.
• To request refunds accurately in the systems and liaise with the Finance Team in order to sort out any issues relating to refunds or returned items.
• Complete monthly reporting of customer service statistics, showing email and order volumes
• Capture payment on a daily basis
• Check all orders are sent out on time on a daily basis
• Performing general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• High energy, dynamic and self-motivated
• Good communications skills and extrovert
• Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and manage Mandarin speaking customer.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer literate with proficiency in email, online chat applications.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bedok.
• Full-Time position(s)
• 6 Days work week preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
