Officer, Unit Trust Operations

Responsibilities:

• Process trade orders and transfers of Unit Trust
• Liaise with counterparties / CPF Board / Agent Banks on settlement and reconciliation of trades
• Maintain and compute trailer fees  
• Work with fund houses on account opening, fund onboarding and other documentation
• Handle enquires and provide sales support
• Undertake projects supporting new business initiatives
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Head of Department

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• 3 years of working experience in similar capacity or interested fresh graduates may also apply
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
