About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

1. Process Customer/ Account Static Data Maintenance & eServices Requests for Individual Customers

2. Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement

3. Assist to handle enquiries/ escalation from local Branches, Business Units and Support/ Contact Centre

4. Assist to prepare and submit management/ statistical reports

5. Adhoc duties, as assigned

Job Requirements

1. A recognized diploma, with 2 years relevant working experience

2. Candidates with banking operations experience, esp. in customer/account static data maintenance & eServices forms processing

3. Good Computer Skills

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and in a team
