Office Sales Co-ordinator
· Answer customer queries and explaining of products.
· Prepare reports, sales brochures, price lists, discount offers and other sale documents.
· Send emails, faxes and news letters to prospects and customers.
· Send quotations and proposals to prospects.
· Ensure that products are shipped in time.
· Confirm with customers about the delivery of products.
· Perform sales duties and sell successfully when sales executives and sales managers are away on calls.
Work Location: North
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm, Sat 8am to 12pm
Working Days: 5.5
Salary: $2000 basic, OT applicable
Annual Leave: 1st year 10 days, 1 additional day every subsequent year, max 15 days
Bonuses: 1-2 months (NO AWS)
