Job Description

Our client a highly-profitable startup dealinmg with eCloud & software business; due to expansion they urgently requires:

 

OFFICE MANAGER CUM EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Day to day office management of the Singapore Office

  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, capturing and reviewing employee expenses, attendance records, purchase approvals, leave and travel approvals, any needed supply requisitions and office clerical functions
  • Arrangement and management of office lease, fit-out and expansion plans
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office processes and infrastructure layout
  • Maintain basic Human Resource processes for the Singapore office – up to date induction manual, company documentation, regular performance reviews, up to date system-based employee data (payroll not included)
  • Maintain company templates – word, ppt, etc to lift the professionalism of the organisation
  • Maintain the Employee Health Insurance plan and annual review of whether the plan is delivering value to our employees and the company
  • Maintain content for company website
  • Occasional management of interns as they are brought in from time to time to do specific projects
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,  reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies
  • Role model the company’s values and behaviours

 

2.         Executive assistance

Provide executive assistance to the Company’s Executive Office responsible for the global expansion of (outside of China) in the following key areas:

  • Office and admin support as required
  • Assembly of weekly, quarterly and monthly business information packs – describing the company’s progress to plan and other key operational elements
  • Capture and manage critical business, competitive, technology, investment and market insights
