Job Description

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Scope:

  • Raising purchase order (ordering of stationery / pantry items, etc.)
  • Arranging both local & overseas courier services.
  • Filing of delivery orders and invoices.
  • Liaising with vendors / suppliers on purchase orders.
  • Set up meeting room for daily morning meeting.
  • Liaise with the administrative department on lunch or refreshment arrangement as and when needed.
  • Administrative duties (data entry, scanning, etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Prior admin experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-year commitment.
