Office Admin cum HR Assistant Manager/Manager | SPMHOP
- Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar, walking distance from MRT
- Working Day: 5 Days work week
- Manage day to day office administration including, premise security, access for staff and guests
- Upkeep office cleanliness & tidiness
- Coordinating with vendors on renovations projects, maintenance of office fixtures and furniture
- Coordinating with contractors/suppliers to repair and maintain of office equipment
- Create and review administrative guidelines and policies
- Daily data-entry and preparation of sales invoices. Checking of sales invoices, payment related supporting documents
- Manage office equipment, ordering stationery and pantry supplies
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions
- Act as a point of contact for all HR administration matters
- SMO - Assist in the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the system of Safe Management Measures at the workplace.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Degree in Business/Human Resource or its related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
