Nursing Assistant (Day Care / Weekdays only) - HYN

Key Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for caring of clients with various medical conditions
• Perform direct care duties including basic nursing care, attend to clients’ hygiene & grooming, monitor vital signs and clients’ safety
• Perform nursing procedures under supervision
• Assist with feeding, bathing, toileting and changing diapers for clients
• Conduct individual and group activities
• Support administrative duties as and when required

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum qualification as a Nurse or Nursing Aide
• Prior experience taking care of clients with dementia or stroke will be advantageous
