Job Description:

• To manage and oversee the performance of nursing employee and work processes
• To development and implementation of nursing procedures and policies
• To Improve the efficiency of management
• To plan for nursing home curriculum
• To communicate between patient, resident, nurses and physician

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• At least 8 years of clinical hands-on experience
• Post Basic/Advanced Diploma will be advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
