Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan staff roster to ensure there is sufficient manpower for each day
  • Oversee daily operations of nurses in a call centre environment
  • Ensure staff compliance with call centre protocol
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals, oversee the professional development of nurses and exercise control over utilisation of resources.
  • Provide service recovery when indicated and follow up when necsesary
  • Collaborate with departments and community partners to facilitate delivery of service
  • Role model the desired team and leadership behaviour
  • Other assigned duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience as Senior Staff Nurse I in a restructured hospital
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification as a Quit Smoking Consultant (Level 2) and experience in a contact centre environment would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications is necessary
  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (9am-5pm), alternate Saturdays (9am-1pm)
