Nurse Clinician **5 Days Office Hours** Palliative

• Conduct comprehensive advanced health assessment and physical examination of patient.
• Diagnose and manage healthcare problems and conditions in collaboration with a Medical Officer / Consultant.
• Plan and collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement and evaluate holistic palliative care.
• Participate actively in team discussion on patient management.
• Assume clinical leadership in the delivery of efficient advanced practice nursing services.
• Accept accountability and responsibility for his / her own advanced professional judgement, actions and continued competence.
• Identify area of nursing practice requiring development and develop formal or informal educational programmes for nurses.
• Utilise an evidenced-based approach to patient management that critically evaluates and apply research findings pertinent to patient care and management.
• Serve on the nursing and quality improvement committees as assigned.
• Participate in improvement of daily workflow process as necessary.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Preferably with a minimum 7 years of nursing experience including 4 years with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of clinical practices and care requirements.
• Passion to serve and provide excellent customer service to various stakeholders.
• Demonstrate good decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of clinical practices and care requirements.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to contribute as an effective team-player.
• Able to perform under pressure.
