Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Perform office administration duties
  • Main liaison for stationery and facilities/maintenance matters such as stationery requisition, renewal of maintenance contracts, arrangement of office maintenance etc
  • Responsible for requisition of office equipment
  • Responsible for logistics preparation/clearance for incoming/outgoing employees (e.g. access card)
  • Accountable for checking and tagging of the Company’s fixed assets
  • Updating monthly requisition and expense report
  • Cover receptionist duties when required


Job Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of office & facility administration experience
  • Meticulous with good follow up skills
  • Strong planning & organization skills, with ability to multi-task
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
