Jobs Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Staff adherence & productivity
  • Consolidation of shift allowance and overtime claims
  • Investigate and follow-up customers’ complaints and feedbacks immediately/when necessary.
  • Staff counseling
  • Assist Executive in training the agents when necessary
  • Service Recovery Monitoring
  • Risk Management
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on CROs performance on a regular basis
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned


Job Requirements

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in leading a team
