We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Temps/Contract roles.

 

Job Description:

• To assist to provide mutual funds ideas
• To assist in preparing emails regarding fund ideas 
• To review and monitor the performance of all fund recommendations
• To embark on various projects as defined by the desk head including more marketing tools for RMs
• Research on investment ideas
• Sharepoint support
• Assist in organising morning meetings /special events
• Setting up codes for transacting in funds
• Liaison with fund houses on creation of codes
• Involved in the coordination/collection/processing of subscription agreements which involves interaction with various internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Client Management, Compliance and third party fund administrators.
• Maintaining each PE/RE fund’s master subscription list to provide updates on subscription figures
• Prepare/edit marketing materials for distribution to Relationship Managers/clients
• Prepare a consolidated statement of clients PE portfolio and generate personalized updates
• Assist with requests to transfer PE/RE securities
• Other Administrative duties

 

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree
• Good writing skills
• Good powerpoint skills
• Prior banking experience
