Jobs Responsibilities
- Prepare the list of transactions and provide to the auditors on a daily basis for review
- Process the return report from the auditors and update the process tracker
- Process the cases approved by the auditors in the system
- Track submissions with outstanding documents and provide to auditors for review
- Handle enquiries relating to submission status
- Create and update customer and policy records in the system
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Degree
- Prior working experience in banks / insurance / financial institutions
- Strong in Excel formula and Pivot Table
- Able to start work within short notice
