Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Connect and service customers and fans on Facebook
  • Build a positive and delightful experience on Facebook.
  • Work closely with Branding and Marketing Communications team, and the Customer Care support team.
  • Maintain brand reputation in Facebook through community management.
  • Monitor Facebook inbox for comments by fans and respond to them directly.
  • Use customers support specific knowledge and insights to respond to Brand and product inquiries.
  • Liaise with Customer Service Team, escalate complaints, to the customer care support team and update the management.
  • Generate reports at the end of the month.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree
  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facebook customer care support
  • Familiar with Facebook Business Manager tool and Social / Digital marketing
  • Able to start work within short notices
