- Connect and service customers and fans on Facebook
- Build a positive and delightful experience on Facebook.
- Work closely with Branding and Marketing Communications team, and the Customer Care support team.
- Maintain brand reputation in Facebook through community management.
- Monitor Facebook inbox for comments by fans and respond to them directly.
- Use customers support specific knowledge and insights to respond to Brand and product inquiries.
- Liaise with Customer Service Team, escalate complaints, to the customer care support team and update the management.
- Generate reports at the end of the month.
- Min. Degree
- Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facebook customer care support
- Familiar with Facebook Business Manager tool and Social / Digital marketing
- Able to start work within short notices
