*NEW* Contract Collections Officer, Vehicle (Financial Institution, Up to $2,700)

Jobs Responsibilities

• Negotiation with customers on payment, facilitate vehicle possession, storage, re-sales and recommend legal actions if needed
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts
• Manage and achieve productivity standards to minise write off
• Respond to client accounts queries
• Other general admin duties

Job Requirements

• Min. 1-2 years of collections experience, preferably for vehicle accounts
