Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Answering to customers' emails and telephone calls
  • Provide consistent experience over the phone, face to face and/or email interactions.
  • Handle customers‘ enquiries, requests, complaints and feedback across different channels when required.
  • Contact customers via phone/ email in rendering assistance.
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisor to resolve existing issues.
  • Participate in ad hoc service initiatives or projects.
  • Provide administration support when required.

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. Diploma / Degree
  • Min. 2-3 years of call centre experience, preferably from FMCG/F&B industries
