*NEW* 1 Year Contract Senior M&A Project Manager - Financial Institution (Up to $12,000)

Jobs Responsibilities

•  M&A origination and execution
• Project Management of an entire transaction (negotiation, valuation, documentation for dealing, PMI, Due Diligence, financial modelling) 
• Partnering with the business unit head to steer all strategic decisions.
• Develop robust financial models and drive quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the reasonableness of drivers and assumptions.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitive intelligence and market positioning to advise business and functional heads on potential opportunities and risks
• Being the valuation expert in evaluation of potential targets and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisions, develop tactical plans and project manage independently.

Job Requirements

• Min. 8-10 years of M&A project manager experience
