  • Greet customers and assess need
  • Provide on the spot,  fast effective technical assistance, in a positive manner
  • Answer “how to” questions
  • Open Service tickets (if required), follow up on tickets that are not closed 
  • Open and close facility

  • Candidate must have strong technical knowledge of, and be comfortable educating users about:
    • iPhones and iPads
    • Windows and Mac Laptops
    • Windows 10
    • MS Office 365
    • Internet Explorer/Chrome/Edge
    • Wi-Fi Access
    • Telephone and Web Conferencing
