Job Description:

  • Support end user remotely to resolve network related issues 
  • Monitoring of serd networks, services, and systems performance 
  • Network/system troubleshooting – proactively respond to alarms from network monitoring tools and take appropriate actions to resolve the alarms or system alerts
  • Maintain network and system security.

Job Requirements:

  • Working experience in the related field are preferred. Fresh graduates can apply
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin to handle clients’ queries & conduct trouble shooting
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work on shifts. (10am – 10pm; 4 days work week)
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, and diligent.
